Hi
Try a sql statement to identify if any
statuses have been set incorrectly, like the one below?
SELECT COURSE_MAIN.COURSE_ID AS Expr1,
COURSE_MAIN.COURSE_NAME AS Expr2, USERS.LASTNAME AS Expr3, USERS.FIRSTNAME AS
Expr4,
USERS.ROW_STATUS AS Expr5,
USERS.DATA_SRC_PK1, USERS.SYSTEM_ROLE, USERS.BATCH_UID, USERS.USER_ID,
USERS.INSTITUTION_ROLES_PK1,
USERS.SETTINGS, USERS.AVAILABLE_IND, USERS.LAST_LOGIN_DATE, COURSE_USERS.ROLE,
COURSE_USERS.AVAILABLE_IND AS Expr6,
COURSE_USERS.ROW_STATUS
FROM COURSE_MAIN INNER JOIN
COURSE_USERS ON COURSE_MAIN.PK1 =
COURSE_USERS.CRSMAIN_PK1 INNER JOIN
USERS ON COURSE_USERS.USERS_PK1 =
USERS.PK1
WHERE (COURSE_MAIN.COURSE_ID LIKE '%Course ID%') AND (USERS.LASTNAME LIKE '%Student Name%')
See if anything stands out there?

Hi Najib
I think what Emma means is that the
student may have used the Modify My Courses option (the ‘pencil’
icon at the top right of the My Courses box). If you click on Modify My
Courses, you may find that the Display course option has been deselected.

Hi Najib
Just a thought, and apologies
if this is way off the mark, but could the student have customised their
'My Courses' module on the Welcome tab and/or the 'Course List' on the Courses
tab and removed the course from display?
Best wishes,
Emma

Hi, we have a problem in that a student enrolled on a course
cannot see the course even though the course is set to available, and the
student user properties is set YES for ‘available this course’. We
have also tried to set the course to available and then unavailable but no luck
Any have experience of this ?
