You will take lead responsibility for the development and delivery of the County Council's records management systems. Reporting to the Archives Development Manager, and based in the County Record Office, you will oversee a rapidly developing paper records management system, as well as making a key contribution to the corporate roll-out of EDRMS. You must have first class communication, inter-personal, organisational and ICT skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly both individually and as part of a team. You will also have the opportunity to contribute at senior level to the management and delivery of the archive service, including outreach activities, special projects, and preparing the service for the digital future. Some evening and weekend working will be required. You will hold a degree-level qualification in archives or records management, and you must have a good grasp of corporate information governance issues. A full clean driving licence is essential.
