Dear Colleagues,

The newly formed Security and Access Group wishes to explore the development of a national set of search room rules.  Once adopted this would mean that readers could expect the same rules in all British (and Irish) local record offices.

I would be grateful if colleagues, who already have their own rules, could forward a copy to me.  This will be a great help to us in formulating our thinking on this matter.

Thankyou
