Dear all

I am reviewing our Harassment and Bullying Policy and Procedure and
reporting back to our Equality & Diversity Committee.

I am sure this has come up in the past but can't remember when. Does
anyone have a policy/procedures for Harassment and Bullying that state
the role of the Equality & Diversity Advisor? (ie what kind of support
can they give - other than as the coordinator for the contacts scheme).
We refer to the role of Harassment Contacts in our policy but there is
nothing about the EDA role.

This relates to the remit of HR Business Partners who might be involved,
and the cross-over with E&D. Also if you have anything specific about
Union support, especially if it is a Union representative who is the
'alleged harasser' then that would be helpful too.

If you do cover this and you are willing to share your policy then that
would be much appreciated.

Penny
