Dear SPMers,
I found the DARTEL create templates tool can only
work on the probability map images (such as grey matter, or white mapper after
segmentation). This is caused by the fact that the Matlab function
spm_dartel_smooth.m assumes that the input images contain only probabilities.
Actually if the input images are general MRI images
(int16), the generated template is appearently not correct.
Is there anybody here who has used DARTEL to
successfully build a template on general MRI images?
