Is there any users guide explaining the steps (since > I am not a very experienced SPM user)? > Well using the multiple regression design could for instance not only test the difference between groups (regressor 1 and -1 for control / MCI - simply test with 1 in the contrast manager) but also the correlation within each group and between groups (regressor xxxx0000 for controls for instance and 0000xxxx for MCI - then 10 = correlation in controls, 01 correlation in MCI and 1-1 controls>MCI). For more information on VBM and possible things to look at I would suggest first looking at the VBM5 toolbox http://dbm.neuro.uni-jena.de/vbm/vbm5-for-spm5/ Best Cyril -- The University of Edinburgh is a charitable body, registered in Scotland, with registration number SC005336.
