Friends, As a footnote to the current thread on design journals, here is a list of 111 serious journals in the art and design sector, also reprinted from last April. There are more. Jeremy Yuille from RMIT and I are now compiling a directory of journals in the art and design sector. We plan to publish it in Design Research Quarterly later this year, complete with publishing data and web site information. The web sites will be active links in the PDF version of DRQ. These links will permit you to go direct to each journal web site from your on-screen copy of DRQ. This directory one of many good reasons to subscribe to DRQ. The way to subscribe to Design Research Quarterly is by joining the Design Research Society. DRQ is a member benefit, a hybrid newsletter and journal. It goes to members of DRS four times a year. Dr. Peter Storkerson edits the journal with a terrific editorial team that includes Dr. Kristina Niedderer, Prof. Vesna Popovic, and Dr. Artemis Yagou.
