Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] Authority to copy 3rd Party reports
Hello
Everyone,
I
would be grateful if anyone can confirm that I am correct in not copying 3rd
party reports, when an employee requests a copy of all their notes. I advise
the employee that we have a report form the named GP/Consultant and since it is
third party they must wirte to them to obtain a copy.
Many
thanks
Brian
