Hello all, I'm putting together an 'outreach plan template' for the team leaders in my library unit. The idea is for them to decide where outreach efforts should be focussed (e.g. a particular user group or health board), who will do it, what the best approach will be etc; and to fill in all of these details on the template. I'd like to see examples of similar documents which might have been used before. Does anyone have a training/outreach plan template on file that they'd be willing to share?
