Dear Emma, Mary, Sarah et al,

Please accept our apologies for the problems you are encountering. We have
had some difficulties in retrieving full text content from one of our
publisher partners, which have affected article delivery from titles within
the following imprints:

*Taylor & Francis
*Routledge
*Psychology Press
*Ashley Publications

We have been working with the publisher to resolve this problem, and have a
fix going in this week that we expect to clear up the outstanding problems.
Unfortunately, we do expect the fix to take a few days to run so it will be
next week before normal service is fully resumed. Titles from other
publishers are not affected.

Once again we apologise for this problem, and for the lack of communication
that some of you have experienced. As you can imagine, this is a busy time
of year for our customer service team and we accept that we are not
currently delivering the high standard of customer service to which we aspire.

We will let you know when the problem has been resolved.

Best wishes,

Kirsty
