Dear Nicola This was one thing my Mentor and I discussed too. As CILIP has been notified of the Mentoring Agreement, I believe you don't have to "submit" it again, but evidence I think if required. So I assume if you had email communication between you and your Mentor, examples of those discussions or if you meet in person an example or summary of your log would be appropriate. The log I'm keeping has quite a lot of notes so I might edit it before I finish, but it includes items we discussed plus plans and reflections on my working progress. Best wishes Rebecca Rebecca A. In the chartership handbook it says you need to include: "evidence of participation in the Mentor Scheme e.g. evidence of professional discussion". Does this mean I should include the Mentoring Agreement form that was sent off when registering to charter or can I just include the log of the mentoring meetings which I have been keeping? Thanks for any help that you can give, Nicola. Nicola Conway Senior Information Officer (Elibrary) Ext: 2126 [log in to unmask]
