Hi Kirsty Our division underwent a restructure during the time I was compiling my portfolio - I included 'before' and 'after' organisational charts, highlighting my position in each. I also included a piece of evidence (meeting minutes) about how a group I chair had adapted with the reorganisation, including members from the 'new' bits of our division, slimming down representation from the 'old' and changing structures to cope with the increase in size. Hope this helps Sarah > ------------------------------ > > Date: Mon, 21 Apr 2008 16:44:52 +0000 > From: kirsty fenn <[log in to unmask]> > Subject: dealing with a restructure > > --_8adf1c32-7c83-4745-9071-feeb1fd44081_ > Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" > Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable > > > Hello everyone > =20 > I am currently putting together my chartership portfolio.
