Technical Support Analyst (GIS Products) - Outer London - 
Permanent/Contract to permanent - Circa £18 - 25K per annum - Start ASAP


My Client, a leading organisation within the UK GIS community, are 
currently looking to recruit a Technical Support Analyst to join their 
rapidly expanding GIS product team. 

The selected candidate will be required to provide 1st to 3rd line support 
to the organisations end Clients over the telephone. As you develop into 
the role and prove your competence, you will be encouraged to provide 
support during Client site visits. Our Client will provide extensive 
product training and equip the selected candidate with the product 
knowledge to provide an effective support service. 

The ideal candidate will possess a computer science / technical GIS degree 
and have a couple of year's commercial experience. You will enjoy learning 
new technologies and assimilating new information quickly in this role. Any 
Web, Networking or Development skills would prove useful as would a 
background or understanding of GIS. 

As you will be supporting Clients directly excellent communication skills 
are essential.
