Hi, I have a question referring to the Eddy Current Correction procedure in the FDT module: Since the procedure corrects for simple head motion, using affine registration to a reference volume, shouldn't the diffusion gradients also be rotated together with the respective slices? (as suggested by Landman, Farrell, Patel, Mori & Prince in DTI Fiber Tracking: The Importance of Adjusting DTI Gradient Tables for Motion Correction (HBM2007) http://www.iacl.ece.jhu.edu/~bennett/pubs/Landman-07-HBM-CATNAP.pdf) If the gradients should be rotated, then what is the procedure?
