Dear all, I'm trying the amazing find_the_biggest command recently. From the results I noticed one thing which confused me. Say I used this command line to do the analysis: find_the_biggest seeds_to_* (23 targets listed here) test-parcellation Then I inspected the test-parcellation image on fslview. I did get a nice parcellation map there. But I found that there were values like 17.5 or 14.35 on the map. It's easy to understand that 17 correspond to the 17th target area. However what does the 17.5 and 14.35 mean? Thanks for you attention and reply in advance. Regards, hd
