Seminar announcement and call for presentations Hospitality and Events Sheffield Hallam University: 12th June 2008. The 4th seminar in the series of seminars at Sheffield Hallam focuses upon Hospitality and Events. For the afternoon session presentations are invited for discussion on any area relating to the field of study. For example this may encompass: • Contract catering management • Corporate entertainment • Consumer trends • Environmental issues • Conference management • Labour market issues • Economic significance studies • Supply chain management • Food and wine based events We particularly welcome presentations from those at an early stage of research as opportunity to explore and debate new concepts is a fundamental aim of the seminar series.
