Purpose 1st Equality and Diversity Conference to be held by CEL to promote its work, engage with the sector (WBL, ACL included) on E&D matters, promote our expertise and leadership around diversity, research findings and learning from our positive action programmes.  

Offer participants an opportunity to hear from sector and other partners including Ofsted, LSC, LLUK, Unison/UCU on E&D priorities/activities and how to make it part of corporate culture, values etc. Through workshop events, to capture and share good practice, talk about and work through issues/challenges and strategies to address
