Most of you are probably aware of the accessibility issues badly formatted Adobe Acrobat files (PDF’s) cause to visually impaired people who use screen readers. BBC Radio 4’s Moneybox live this weekend highlighted one problem some listeners have been having with American Express using non accessible acrobat forms. They mentioned an online tool available at the below address which provides free conversion of acrobat files into html or text, probably wont work all PDFs i.e. files that have been scanned as images but I hope could be useful to some people.
