moves international experimental short film and new media festival with a special focus on movement returns for the 4th time to Manchester, Lancaster and the BBC Big Screens.moves08 will run from 22 to 26 April and explore new ways of telling storiesthrough fiction and documentary through 90 short films and installations. moves08 takes place in usual and unusual screening contexts: in cinemas but also in bars, on the Big Screens, and more…
