Dear all,

Has anyone had problems running saved searches on Dialog Datastar recently? One of our staff members has reported receiving a "server busy: try again later" type message every time she tries to run a saved search. It works fine for me but I'd like to be able to find the source of the problem. She has also done the obvious thing of trying again at various times but all to no avail.
