Mieko and Michael Many thanks for prompt help (emailed MIMAS last night but not heard anything). I did have www.isinet.com:WoK:WOS and that was not finding anything at all. When I put in www.isinet.com I did link to webbridge but seemed to get crossref error every time. www.isinet.com:WoK:UA seemed better but still lots of crossref errors particularly for newer items.
