Hi A quick question in relation to maths diagnostic evaluations: Does your institution carry out a diagnostic maths evaluations on incoming first year students? If so, do you use a paper based version or an on-line version, and how does it work? Also, does anyone know of any free diagnostic software? Or at least software that is generic enough to allow our IT department install at a cost effective price.
