Academy-funded Pathfinder project would like to invite you to the following
event:
“And they all
learned happily ever after...” The Use of Digital Storytelling in
Higher Education
Date: 19 & 20 May 2008 (1 or 2 day attendance)
Location: Centre for Active Learning, University of
Gloucestershire
The first day (Monday 19 May) will concentrate on the use of
digital storytelling in higher education, and will report the findings from the
Pathfinder project. Dr Jenny Moon (Centre for Excellence in Media
Practice, Bournemouth University) will be presenting the keynote workshop.
The second day (Tuesday 20 May) is a hands-on session aimed
at delegates who wish to create their own digital story. Participant
numbers for the second day will be limited and will be based on a first-come
– first-served basis, with no more than one person per institution.
Names will be put on a reserve list should the session become full.
The event is free of charge.
