I read the FSL archives about the 'Uncaught exception' error when contrast_mgr is run; however, I don't really know how to solve the problem. As I am a new user of fsl, would you please tell me what exactly I should do to solve the problem: My computer has 8G RAM and 2G Swap. I am using a 64bit kernel and 64bit fsl : uname -a Linux elrond.cns.uiuc.edu 2.6.18-53.1.14.el5 #1 SMP Tue Feb 19 07:18:46 EST 2008 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux file `which flirt` /usr/local/fsl/bin/flirt: ELF 64-bit LSB executable, AMD x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), for GNU/Linux 2.6.9, dynamically linked (uses shared libs), for GNU/Linux 2.6.9, not stripped Following are some of the log files: *************feat4_post****************

Post-stats

/usr/local/fsl/bin/contrast_mgr stats design.con Uncaught exception!
