Hi - Is it possible to persuade fslview to display an image in DTI lines mode from the command line? I tried the obvious fslview nodif.nii.gz dti_V1.nii.gz -l Lines but no joy. I know it's not hard to set it within the program but when going through a number of data sets checking eigenvector orientations this would save a noticeable amount of time... :) Cheers, Jon
