To all Standing Group Convenors

Please let me know if your standing group would like to hold a meeting during the Rennes Joint Sessions.

If so, please advise your preferred date and time and we will allocate you a room. It is envisaged that these will be held at lunchtimes to avoid people missing their workshops.

We should be able to add the details to the conference programme. If we do not hear from you by Friday 29 February we will assume you do not wish to meet at this time.
