Any subscriber of a list can use 'Make a Meeting' to arrange meetings by proposing suitable dates, emailing the participants or the list and then monitoring the responses to select the best date for the meeting. To use 'Make a Meeting', go to your list homepage and click on the link in the box on the right hand menu.
