Dear All,
Does anyone know if publicly-funded library collections are required to keep a record of the titles they withdraw? And if so, for how long? I know many libraries keep the bibliographic record on their system with a changed status to Withdrawn, but if we don't cannot to do that, we would have to keep a list and I would be interested to know if it is required by law?
