The Commercial Fisheries Research Group at the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology are currently recruiting for a PhD student to work on a collaborative project with the Irish Marine Institute investigating long-term dynamics of Atlantic herring populations. The project involves extensive statistical analysis of fisheries and environmental datasets.
