With regard to monitoring trans people, our revised ECU guidance on trans staff and students will be available electronically by tomorrow at the latest. I will email this group as soon as we have the final version from our designers. There is a whole section devoted to the monitoring issue. The HESA field descriptions are not ones we are wholly comfortable with.
