Dear Colleagues I wonder if there is any nationally agreed policy or guideline on how to enter a transsexual/transgender individuals into our telepath or IT software. Is it based on genotype or phenotype of the individual? Where does confidentially, medical ethic, personal views and freedom of information stand from the medical-legal point?
