You will support other eLearning applications including Questionmark Perception (online assessment software), Turnitin (plagiarism detection software) and PRS (Personal Response Systems). You will coordinate and support the delivery of online examinations, and provide in-lecture eLearning support for staff. You will advise teaching staff in the use of eLearning, and deliver staff development workshops in a range of eLearning applications. You will deal with technical support calls via the Help Desk software, by telephone and by email, and liaise with other technical and support staff accordingly. Extremely good oral and written communication and organisational skills are required for this position along with excellent IT skills and an understanding of pedagogical practice.
