We have observed an APEL problem at some UK sites. They are UKI-LT2-IC-LeSC, UKI-LT2-UCL-HEP, and UKI-NORTHGRID-LIV-HEP. We will make a patch for this but meanwhile the attached file gives instructions on how to fix it. The symptons are no records found in LcgRecords when doing the join. I am circulating this in case other sites get the same problem when upgrading the CE to SL4. If this doesn't work for you, please raise a ticket and we'll look at your case individually.
