Dear SPM, I am running SPM2 in Matlab 6.1.0.450 (release 12.1). I have a large number (75) of fMRI models to estimate. I wanted to batch mode this, but the Matlab command window keeps returning the error "Error using spm, too many output arguments". The batch mode couldn't be simpler (basically cd to relevant directory and 'SPM = spm_spm(SPM);'. Is this an SPM problem or a Matlab problem? Thanks in advance for any advice. Tom Farrow
