Hi, I am trying to program a script for the creation of the SPM.mat file. If one loads the SPM.mat file, it turns out that it has lots of structures that I do not want to change manually unless i know what each and every structure is responsible for. What is the best way to create the SPM.mat file or create the structures inside the SPM.mat file? Does anyone know of any SPM functions (with no GUI) that can do it? Thanks in advance, Leeor.
