Hello all SPM users, In my experiment, participants performed three runs. After realign data, there is not so much movement in each run but there is some movement between each runs. In that case, is it possible to realign each run separately? If it¡¯s possible, then do I have to do next steps separately, too? (normalization, smoothing, segmentation¡¦) I have one more question. When I analyze with contrasts, it cannot be processed with error message. But, when I try again, it is processed with no problem. Then, is it ok? Hope you can help me. Thank you. Woogul Lee
