dear SPMers, i used on some of our fMRI subjects TRs of varying length, ranging from 1.5s up to 2.8s. still, many experimental series are related and i like having them combined within one SPM, so that for group analysis one may pull the related fixed effects together as one contrast to the random effect level. to my knowledge, unfortunately, it is in SPM99/2/5 not possible to specify witin one "fMRI model specification" more than one TR, am i right with this? can anybody offer a solution for this perhaps not too rare problem? thanks, bye, pisti ----- www.pistikem.org [log in to unmask]
