Tracy When I worked for the Health Service in Guernsey we used to obtain a report from the GP of all staff dealing with Children and also those dealing with clients with learning disabilities, it is surprising what it flags up! I recently have been doing pre-employment screening for a Nursery and we've agreed the same principle with them.
