Subject: Your assistance please... re. 'peer learning'

Hi Everyone,

As Part of a GTC Stage 4 TLA (Teacher Learning Academy) Pilot that I'm
taking part in I am trying to answer the following questions - any help
appreciated!

1) What does 'peer learning' mean as a definition?
2) What practices can/do/might enable 'peer learning'?
3) What distinguishes 'peer' learning from other learning?
4) Can 'peer learning' be 'designed' &/or does it arise spontaneously?
5) How far does 'peer learning' influenced by/have an influence on context?

Best regards,

Sarah
