RoSPA INFORMATION SERVICES Information Services Manager Salary £22-26k Full-time, 35 hours per week Based in Birmingham The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) is one of the world's leading health and safety organisations. The Information Centre provides information services to RoSPA's members, staff and the general public. We require a talented and experienced information professional to manage the Information Centre and drive forward its development. You will need a recognised degree or postgraduate qualification (or equivalent) in Library/Information Studies, and several years' experience of offering information and enquiry services, preferably within a special/technical library. You will have financial and staff management experience, along with excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Experience and knowledge of implementing computerised services is essential. Knowledge of health and safety information sources would be beneficial. You will be committed to making sure the service we offer our customers is nothing short of excellent.
