Of course if we all work from central servers as they hope, not only will they have a contract which could give them the power, they may also have the means from your smart card, log on, log off and consultation times to monitor minute by minute compliance with that contract. Take a day off sick, agree some extra holiday, go on study leave... only with permission in future mate. Julian
