When trying to use a self-made binary MTL mask on a third level analysis in FSL, we got this error message: /usr/local/fsl/bin/fslmaths thresh_zstat1 -mas /media/ubuntu/Navigasjon/ROI_masks/MTL-mask_square2_bilateral.nii.gz thresh_zstat1 Image Exception : #3 :: Attempted to multiply images/ROIs of different sizes terminate called after throwing an instance of 'RBD_COMMON::BaseException' And the output were as if we not had used any mask at all.... Anyone got any suggestions about what might have gone wrong?, and we would be grateful to hear. Hallvard Rĝe Evensmoen
