Dear FSL experts

After premature termination of tbbs_2_reg-n due to a space problem on the HD
I tried to re-evoke the process but failed with the error:

[Macintosh-3:AA_DataNewRevNI/AA_DTI/DTI_TBSS] juergenhaenggi% tbss_2_reg -n
wc: .commands: open: No such file or directory
16620
[Macintosh-3:AA_DataNewRevNI/AA_DTI/DTI_TBSS] juergenhaenggi%

Because there are about 800 registrations to do, but only about 500 were
done before the premature termination (about 2 weeks of processing), I will
loose a lot of time if I have to run all registrations again.

There is a discussion about this topic in the FSL archives, but it is not
clear which files have to be deleted in order to pick up tbss_2_reg -n
again.

Thanks for any suggestions
Best regards
Juergen

PS: sorry, in my former email I was not precise enough
