Hi Steve, I did check all the inputs and everything was ok. Apparently what happened was that for some reason not all of the slices were completed during FLAME and when they got re-merged into a 3D volume, I was missing the last set of them. When I re-ran the analysis everything worked fine. I think it was a one-off...
