BMJ Knowledge is looking for a health professional, epidemiologist or health service researcher to work on a freelance basis (2-3 days/week over four months). The project is a cutting-edge, evidence-based medicine report on two co-morbidities: heart failure plus chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and heart failure plus chronic renal failure. Experience in undertaking systematic reviews will be essential; experience in any of the included conditions or with investigating comorbidities in the chronic disease context is preferable; US focus would also be an advantage as this work is being conducted for a US client.

Our offices are based in London (UK), so the ability to attend initial meetings there would also be an advantage. The majority of the work (data extraction and writing of evidence summaries) could be done from elsewhere.
