Hello! I've just come across an electronic journal, on migration etc in Ireland: Translocations: The Irish Migration, Race and Social Transformation Review It describes itself as: 'AN IRISH INTER-UNIVERSITY, OPEN ACCESS E-JOURNAL' http://www.translocations.ie/ It looks as if there have only been two issues: vol 2 issue 1 looks more interesting (to me at least) than vol 1 issue 1.
