Hi Andy and all, Please do not believe everything you see or read. The fact that they had to introduce these awards should tell its own story. Words are very easy but actions are much more difficult. Here in Ireland we have had all the words, all the reports, all the statistics produced about us, but the vast majority have been produced without us. So do not rush into believing that things are very good here because people on the ground will tell you differently. Even the NDA itself has a limited number of disabled employees and very few, if any, at the higher grades. However, we live in hope.
