Calling all SAP CRM users.....

Here at TfL we are about to embark upon a SAP CRM phased implementation.
I would really like to compare notes with colleagues who have been
involved in similar implementations in the past, particularly with a
view to sharing ideas on the following:

1) implementing data retention/disposal policies using the system
2) processes for ID&V of customers
3) audit trails
4) approaches to migration and legacy data stored in systems being
replaced by SAP
5) processing credit card info using the system and PCI compliance

Any info from your experiences would be gratefully received and I would
be happy to discuss the TfL approach too

Many thanks

Angela
