Hi John, Thank you kindly for your reply! Actually I am already specifying Native Space for the extraction process and the images still come out in the wrong coordinate space, as far as I know. Visual inspection shows that the images do not line up according to the input image. I will try to attach an image file showing the results of Check Registration.
