Hi,

I have some questions in the specify first-level model step, and hope someone could give me some suggestions.

 

1. I have 4 run data. When specifying the scans, I can input all the scans of the 4 run or create 4 sessions and input the scans in to every session.
Is there any difference between inputing all of the scans into a session and input them into diffrent session. I mean, whether it will cause some difference to the final result.

 

2. The realign step would generate some rp*.txt files according to the number of runs in the experiment. Dose this files must be inputed as the regressor when doing the first-level model?
